WOYWW? 142

What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday

Today I'm working on some postcards. I'm not sure why I'm using the largest pair of scissors I own - usually I like working with the teeny-tiny (sharp!) ones.
I've cut up a pile of 4 x 6 inch postcard blanks out of heavy weight watercolour paper:
I store all of my cast-off paper scraps in a cookie tin:
Here's the lid of the tin:
Want to have a peek at some other desks? Head on over to Julia Dunnit's "Stamping Ground" for a list of people to visit! Have a Happy Wednesday!

Here's a few that I've been working on...(about an hour after my original post).

  1. I love that.. Using the big scissors for a unknown reason, totally how I settle to things too, sometimes it's only the photo that makes me realise! How I love your tin of scraps, lovely pieces and almost an heirloom tin in itself!

  6. Nice work space. I love your cookie tin idea, might have to try that. It is nice to leave a comment for a Canadian crafter (I think you are). I left 42 years ago to come to the UK and still miss Canada. Regards, Anne Rx #100
