Recycled Rummikub Necklaces

I was supposed to do my first craft fair of the season last Friday night, but I had to cancel because of a crazy eye infection that I got.

Button Trio

I made this button necklace a couple of weeks ago, and I can't stop wearing it! Now I want to make tons more, in a variety of different colours to match my mood of the day. Yesterday I was wearing a bright grassy green cardigan sweater........I have some vintage green buttons that would have matched perfectly! You know the green - those bright 50's plastic green buttons!

One World One Heart Giveaway

Hello - welcome! I'm thrilled to be a participant in the "One World One Heart Giveaway" Last year was my first year, and it was soooo much fun. I have 3 giveaways. The first is this trio of recycled items: a recycled lid that I turned into a butterfly themed magnet, a recycled scrabble tile that I turned into a crow themed brooch pin, and a recycled rummikub tile that I turned into an owl themed necklace.

My second giveaway is this necklace that I made out of a recycled china plate piece.

My third giveaway is this beeswax coated, collaged bird ornament that I made out of bits and pieces of old ephemera, postage stamps, wire, sparkle and pan pastels.
