Happy "International Grilled Cheese Day"!

I was just watching the news, and they said that today was "International Grilled Cheese Day", which made me think of this sandwich - yum!

Ingredients - 2 thin slices of pound cake - a few slices of brie - 1/2 tbs fig spread - 1 small rosemary sprig - chopped - 1 pat of butter (source)
