Encaustic Bird Mosaic

I'm constantly trying to figure out the secret to taking magical photo's. I see such beautiful photo's on people's blogs, flickr and etsy.....and then there are mine! My secret is to take TONS of shots, and hope that at least one is a keeper. Here's a little mosaic of (yet another) photo shoot that I did today of a few encaustic birds (that are now in my shop).

    Good shots! The feet get a little lost against the dark background, but they're not the focal point anyway.
